P28 is the type of ecu, the "A" is for made in united states, and "0" is a manual ecu. AUTOMATIC PA5. this is the same way, except for being a "5" instead of a "0". this means that the ecu is for an automatic car. I had had plans to do a manual transmission conversion myself, but there is one I would want the ECU that went with the manual vehicle. 27 iun. so you would do the reverse of what this thread says. its actually telling you how to convert an auto to manual. 3 mai going to convert my 94 honda civic ex coupe from a auto, to manual. pedals, clutch reservoir, and to have the P28 chip re-emulated.
